well, that son of elusive quality looks like the real deal. he's got the best chance of all the previous derby-preakness winners in recent memory to complete the trifecta and win the tripe crown.

r1: delizia. obviously 2 trail sioux will be odds on and rightfully so, but i'm giong to take a shot with theis returnee for pval and john shirreffs. delizia should show more speed with pval and if he get out there in good position, she should be right there near the wire.
r2: behind the plate. this is a very competitive starters allowance and i'll take a bit of a price on behind the plate, who makes his second start from the underrated marquez barn. he'll have to beat bunch of these, but should get a good tripe behind a contested pace.
r5: brigadier jones. another ultra-competitive affair and i will certainly include favorite is it true mex in the pick-6, but 'jones hsould go well in here second off the shelf for kathy walsh. 'jones has beaten better and with only 7 lifetimes starts, should have some upside and value in here.
r7: savage. he'll be a gigantic number, but he can win for paulo lobo. this is a grizzly group of turfers, but savage has tactical speed and comes out of a very strong race won by back classer dell place.
r9: sheer excess. by very prolific win early sire in excess and gets a good draw for garcia and marty jones. this is a total scramble, but no matter, i think she can sprint out and hold on at a gigantic number.
